I have over 20 years of experience in Content Writing, with the last 7 years dedicated to crafting content for digital products across the full development cycle, from discovery to delivery. I’ve worked in diverse industries such as finance, HR, hospitality, education, gaming, and entertainment, always bringing adaptability, strategic thinking, and a broad content perspective.
I’ve led UX Writing and localization teams, developed multilingual content systems, defined style guides, and created flows and microcopy that empower users to navigate with confidence.
I hold a degree in Languages (Portuguese/English) and postgraduate studies in UX and Digital Journalism. I’ve also worked as a teacher, translator, and editor, and I currently serve as an English language proficiency examiner in Brazil.
